Meet the founder.

Lynn has coached founders, executives, and high performers for more than a decade: as an executive and productivity coach, as a conscious leadership consultant helping leaders align performance with purpose, and as a facilitator and retreat leader. Her work lives where high performance meets inner depth, reaching the level of change underneath the to-do list.

She is also the engineer behind the product. Drawing on behavioral neuroscience, NLP, and AI systems design, she architected and built the full Neurow stack herself: the Brain Cloud memory architecture, the behavioral science data schema, and the desktop and web applications.

Before Neurow she founded and ran a brand strategy studio for ten years, shaping how companies present themselves to the world. Neurow brings all of it together: a system with the attention, memory, and structure of a great coach, holding your context across time so you can focus on becoming who you are growing into.
